We will be tapping with our fingertips on certain key power points on the body. While tapping, we will feel the sensation in our body or see the picture in our mind that we want to release. We will tap on the meridian points while making a statement of release. We will also tap on the points while stating a positive affirmation to change our thoughts and beliefs.
